It was Scott's birthday, and ol' Cyclops is anxious about Magneto's disappearance. Storm was trying to calm him down when a Quinjet landed next to them. Nick Fury came out, calling them out by name, saying he doesn't mean them any harm. Then, Logan and Charles came to them. Professor X greeted Nick Fury and asked why he was here. Fury gave Logan a tablet regarding the Tesseract, which was said to be a source of ultimate power. He tells them it was stolen by the Dark Overlord, who's "not from around here". Fury had Coulson interview Logan years before, and he refused. Until he learned his old enemy Omega Red was involved. Charles tells Logan to be careful.
