Omega Red was broken out of prison by the Dark Overlord so he could not only preach a message sent by Magneto, but also help him get the Iridium from Germany so the Dark Overlord can open the portal for the Chitauri. After Germany, he runs away back to their base to prepare a rescue mission for the Dark Overlord. He'll also fight longtime enemy Logan, the Wolverine.
