During the events of Elektra, she had been revived after she was killed by Bullseye in Daredevil 2003. She then found her way on S.H.I.E.L.D.'s radar and was recruited as an agent. She'd thought she'd never see Matt Murdock again. That is, until they reunited on the Helicarrier. She becomes a partner and friend to Susan since they are the only women on the team.
