At the research facility PEGASUS, the Tesseract kept behaving reactively. Reed couldn't find a way to stop it, so Coulson ordered an evac. Fury tells Agent Hill to move Phase 2 from the facility, and sees Reed and Ben worried about the Tesseract. Suddenly, a portal opens and then a man comes out. He singlehandedly destroys most of the agents in the room and a few scientists. Reed and Ben fought back, but the man had gained control of Reed's mind and brought down debris onto Ben. Imagine the Loki parts but with Dark Overlord. After all that, the facility was destroyed and the Dark Overlord has the Tesseract. Coulson asks "What do we do?"
