During the Dark Overlord attack at the P.E.G.A.S.U.S. facility, Ben had been touched by a tentacle coming out of the Overlord's human hand and got a piece of the ceiling fall down onto him. He's okay for the most part, but he's been acting strange after they captured the human Dark Overlord. Like something's trying to get inside his head.
