At first, Spidey didn't even hear Vulture swoop down and pull off one of the fastest heists he ever saw. But he knew his spider-sense was going crazy, so he followed. He and Vulture fought in the air, with Spidey hanging by a thread on Vulture's wings as they just dodged a fire rescue helicopter, and then Vulture knew he had to lose Spidey, so he flew to a building, and hit Spider-Man into it, doing it again and again until he swirled around enough to swing him into the air, and grab him. He used his wings to slice open a water tower and dropped Spidey in, putting the lid back on. Spidey gets out like he does in the comics.
