John Jameson was stalking from a building near where Peter was swinging when he in the shadows used his new Scorpion tails to cut Spidey's web line! Scorpion came down and tells him "You're coming with me, wall-crawler." Pete remembered that it was his boss' son who almost married MJ during the days of Dock Ock! Spidey backflipped out of the way where Scorpion's tails nearly pinned him down, breaking into the gravel! Spidey webbed a trash can to fling at Scorpion who sliced it clean, and then Spider-Man sweeped Scorpion's legs, but Scorpion's tail slashed Peter's mask, revealing his face to John! Scorpion was stunned, giving Spidey the advantage to throw a car at him and disappear.
