After everything, the couple get to live a peaceful life in their house, eating breakfast. Then MJ tells her husband some news that will surely surprise him: she's pregnant! That's right. Peter and Mary-Jane are going to have a baby! He then smiles more than he's ever did in years. Peter shouts "WOOOOHOOOOO!!!!" In the middle of that "woohoo", the camera zooms in on his mouth, and zooms back out to Spider-Man swinging through the city overjoyed. Peter narrates "Life is full of mistakes. We all make them. But you can either carry it like a burden . . . or use it as a stepping stone to greatness. I'm a man who's made lots of mistakes, and they're my stairs. Who am I? I'm Spider-Man."
