(Age: 13) Rotor is the loyal apprentice of Charles in Knothole Village, and was always overlooked by everyone, even by Sally & Antoine. That's the negative about being the mechanic in Knothole Village: nobody sees your face much. Rotor tends to get slightly clumsy, but meeting Sonic gave him confidence he'll make it in the big leagues so he can one day fight with Sally against Robotnik.
