Meanwhile, in Knothole Village, Sonic & Charles were having a small snack. Charles was hiding something, but what? Then the old hedgehog tells Sonic to walk around the village. He assured everyone that he's not dangerous. Sally & Tails have the chance to bond. Tails even called her Aunt Sally, which made Sally laugh. Later, Sally and Sonic were alone and Sally and Sonic explain their stories. Sonic was shocked to know the history behind their village, and that they were part of the Acorn Kingdom Revolt! Sonic explains his story, which was about his parents dying and his home pillaged, and finding Tails. Sally then comforts him, knowing what it's like to lose someone. Antoine watches from afar, still not trusting Sonic. Later, Sonic walks over to Antoine, who was training, and asks why he doesn't trust him. Antoine explains his backstory from his description, and threatens Sonic not to harm Sally or he will personally pierce his sword through his skull. That made Sonic gulp, but then he says "Noted." Later, Sonic began to waltz around when he went into a training room, finding a rabbit with a hoodie punching the heck out of a sandbag, eventually destroying it with her left arm! Her name was Bunnie. Sonic was amazed and the rabbit was shy, for she never been outside. Once she took her hoodie off, Sonic sees why: she's a cyborg! Bunnie felt ashamed, but Sonic helps her explain her past and Sonic comforts her, saying that she's not a burden. He may not have known her long, but he knows that Bunnie is not what she thinks she was. That made Bunnie smile, making a new friend. Then he helped her get outside, and Sally was amazed to see Bunnie outside after all this time. Bunnie saw someone lifting something heavy, so she helped them. They were shocked at first, but they thanked her for helping. So far, Sonic's made new friends like Tails, Charles, Sally, and Bunnie. (Not sure about Antoine, tho. LOL)
