Fan Casting Not so alone, after all. in AutobotSonicFan's Sonic the Hedgehog

Sonic had been hungry for the past two days, being alone and doing nothing but grieving his losses. Then, when he passed a tree, something fell on him! Turns out, it was a little fox only 6 years old! Once they both got up, he said "Sorry, mister." Had enough of his troubles, Sonic looked angrily at the fox and said "Hey, what's the big idea?" Then his expression changed, seeing how young, innocent and adorable this fox looks. The fox just wanted to live with a couple birds, but they kicked him out! Sonic asked why the fox wanted to live with them? He's not a bird! The little guy said "I'm not?" Sonic shook his head. But the fox said he can fly, and that he could possibly be a bug. Sonic said "No. You're a fox, and foxes don't fly! But the fox replied "I do!" Then the fox showed something incredible: he had two tails! And with them, he flew around Sonic! Sonic was amazed! The fox lands in Sonic's arms, and asks him if he can live with him. Sonic asks if the fox had a family. But then . . . it began to cry. Sonic apologized, but the fox said it wasn't him. Then he explained (from his perspective) that he live din an orphanage, and the other kids picked on him for his two tails. Sonic promises that he won't and he'll always take care of him. And from that day forward, two orphans, one a fugitive, the other with a birth defect, have become more than friends. They are . . . brothers.
