Rotor is also helping trach Tails to work his way around the workshop. Since Amy arrive, Rotor, like Bunnie & Mighty, tease at Sonic, implying that he had a crush on her, which Sonic denied (although it's true.) It's like Frodo teasing Sam about Rosy Cotton, but it's the other way around.
