Fan Casting Blue meets pink in AutobotSonicFan's Sonic the Hedgehog 2

That night, Sonic woke up to one of Nicole's alarms as everyone else did. The team went to Uncle Chuck, alerting him first. Chuck says that something tripped the sensors. Sally asks if it's a SWAT-Bot, and Mighty asks if it's a GUN soldier, but Nicole confirms the life form's a Mobian. Wanting to help, Sonc ran out the secret entrance and raced to the Mobian, finding out that it's a female hedgehog! The girl was unconscious. At first, Sonic was shocked and amazed that there was another hedgehog around. Sonic then came through the bushes, startling her awake. The girl frantically says that she doesn't have any money or anything, but Sonic calmed her down, and asks what happened. The girl said a couple robots were chasing her, and she hit her head on the tree branch above them. Sonic knew she meant SWAT-Bots, so he said that they gotta get outta here, fast. He asks the girl's name, and she says "Amy. Amy Rose." Sonic said his name, and tells her to hang on. In a bridal way, Sonic carries Amy. In slow-motion, "Say You Say Me" by Lionel Richie played as Amy looked at her rescuer. Then, they got back to Knothole Village. Sonic debriefs everyone as Bunnie & Rotor help with Amy's injury. Poor girl felt exhausted after the run. When she woke up that morning, Amy was introduced to the Freedom Fighters, and was surprised to see Tails, who recognized her! Everyone was confused on how Tails knows Amy, so Amy explains her back story, saying that she & Tails were at the same orphanage. She then explains how she's alone now (back in descriptions). Antoine believes Amy is a spy for Robotnik, but Nicole humanely lie-detected her, and confirmed that Amy was telling the truth. Knowing she has nowhere else to go, Uncle Chuck decides to have Amy here in Knothole. She is now part of the village, and the family, much to Sonic & Tails' joy and to Antoine's frustration.
