Despite her hatred for the Freedom Fighters, Rockwell was trying to be the voice of reason to Tower because she believes the zealots are worse than Sonic’s team. Little did any of them know, Tower unintentionally put together a team more powerful than a soldier, more driven and determined than the Freedom Fighters, and more vengeful than the zealots!
