In a world confined behind colossal stone walls, the remnants of humanity live in constant terror of the Titans—towering, mindless giants that feast on human flesh for no apparent reason. For a century, the walls have provided a fragile sense of safety, but that illusion is shattered when a breach by an incomprehensible, massive Titan initiates a horrific massacre. Witnessing his mother consumed in the carnage, young Eren Yeager vows to eradicate every last Titan from the face of the earth. Alongside his adopted sister, Mikasa, and their brilliant friend, Armin, Eren enlists in the military’s Survey Corps, a desperate branch dedicated to reclaiming the world outside the walls. As they venture into the forbidden wilderness, the recruits discover that the truth behind the Titans—and the history of their own civilization—is far more complex and darker than the propaganda fed to them by the ruling class. When Eren discovers a terrifying, secret ability that could either be humanity's ultimate weapon or its final doom, he becomes the focal point of a global struggle for survival. Navigating shifting alliances, political deception, and the blurred lines between hero and monster, the Survey Corps must confront an enemy that is no longer just mindless beasts, but fellow humans driven by ancient hatreds. Through relentless action and visceral stakes, this epic saga explores the heavy cost of freedom, the cyclical nature of war, and the profound tragedy of a humanity trapped in a cycle of vengeance, questioning how much of one's own soul must be sacrificed in order to secure a future for the rest of the world.
