A cartographer and linguist named Milo Thatch finds an ancient manuscript in which there are supposed to be clues on how to get to Atlantis, the mythical continent lost under the sea. Along with a team of experts led by Commander Rourke, he boards the Ulysses submarine to prove that the legend is real.
