The film begins with a scene of Aquaman, the King of Atlantis, using his aquatic powers to defend the oceans from a group of sea monsters. As he defeats the monsters and returns to Atlantis, he is shocked to find that the city is under attack by Mr. Freeze. Mr. Freeze has been using his powers to freeze the ocean and encase Atlantis in a layer of ice, trapping the Atlanteans and threatening their survival. Aquaman is determined to stop Mr. Freeze and save his people, but he knows that he cannot do it alone. Desperate for help, Aquaman turns to Wonder Woman, the Amazonian warrior princess, for assistance. Wonder Woman agrees to join Aquaman in taking on Mr. Freeze and the two heroes set off on a mission to track him down. As they search for Mr. Freeze, Aquaman and Wonder Woman face a series of challenges and battles, including encounters with Mr. Freeze's henchmen and clashes with his ice constructs.
