Arthur the King is an inspiring adventure drama based on the true story of Mikael Lindnord, a Swedish adventure racer. During a grueling 435-mile endurance race through the Dominican Republic, Mikael and his team encounter a wounded stray dog. Despite the difficult terrain and brutal conditions, the dog—whom Mikael names Arthur—refuses to leave their side, becoming an unexpected and loyal team member. As the race pushes the limits of human and animal endurance, the bond between Mikael and Arthur deepens, transforming a competitive quest into a heartwarming tale of resilience, friendship, and redemption. Together, they redefine what it means to be a team, proving that sometimes the most powerful partnerships are the ones we never saw coming.
