Character Description

Following Harvey Dent's disfigurement, he attempts to receive help from the well-respected "Crime Doctor". However, after realizing that the doctor is unable to fix his affliction, Harvey shoots the doctor, marking the beginning of his descent into Gotham's criminal underworld.
