Fan Casting The Dead King in Aquaman II: Risen from the Deep (1998)

Atlan, also known as the Dead King, is the main antagonist of Aquaman II: Risen from the Deep. An ancient and powerful wizard as well as the first ruler of Atlantis, and the one responsible for its sinking. Upon the death of his family after his brother Orin took the throne, a heartbroken and vengeful Atlan would plunge Atlantis into the sea before being banished into isolation where he would die alone. Upon his return from the dead, he now seeks to destroy all of Atlantis as revenge for his loss.
