Atlantis is revealed to the world from the government. and Aquaman returns to protect his kingdom from a devastating earthquake that was said to be from the government but only to discover aquaman’s half-brother Orm, the Ocean Master, is behind the disaster. After a fierce battle, Orm is defeated but refuses to yield. Desperate for revenge, he revives the ancient Atlantean enemy, Kordax, who possesses Orm's body. With Kordax's power, Orm launches a brutal assault on Aquaman, nearly killing him. However, Aquaman manages to defeat Orm, who is then betrayed by Kordax. As Orm is arrested and Kordax fade into the depths, Atlantis is safe.
