The evil white-haired monkey Specter uses a Peak Point Helmet to gain enhanced intelligence and forms an army of brainwashed monkeys to conquer the world and alter history. The young protagonist, Spike, must use a variety of special gadgets to travel through time and capture all the super-intelligent monkeys to foil Specter's plan.
