David Dastmalchian (/dəstˈmɑːltʃən/ dəst-MAHL-chən; born July 21, 1975) is an American actor, writer, and producer. He has had supporting roles in a number of superhero franchises: he portrayed Thomas Schiff in The Dark Knight (2008), Kurt and Veb in the Ant-Man franchise, Abra Kadabra in the CW's The Flash, and Polka-Dot Man in The Suicide Squad (2021). Dastmalchian has appeared in three films directed by Denis Villeneuve: Prisoners (2013), Blade Runner 2049 (2017), and Dune (2021). Although he is best known for his work as a character actor, Dastmalchian had leading roles in the 2014 semi-autobiographical film Animals, which he wrote, and the 2023 horror film Late Night with the Devil, which he produced. He is also set to portray Mr. 3 in the Netflix series One Piece. He has a guest appearance on the 2025 TV Series Dexter: Resurrection. The title ''Legacy'' will show Hank passing the torch down to Scott. Hank, after the events of ''Solo Avengers'' is more alerted and a bit on edge, using all his time on creating Ultron, stealing Stark tech. The beginning of the film will show the death of Wasp by Whirlwind. This will send Hank into deep depression, making him more rough around the edges and abusive. Hope will take upon the identity of the Wasp to respect her late mother. Which makes Hank evene more frightened that she will suffer the same fate. Though, thats the Hank side of things, the Scott side of things will show an ex-con who used to be an electrical engineer for Stark Industries, hopping from job to job. The reason for this is to save his daughter from an illness. In which A.I.M., a company will almost trick Scott. Though, we will see Hank showing the ropes to Scott for him to become the new Ant-Man and defeating M.O.D.O.K.
