A scientist with a giant head and mutated body from A.I.M named George Tarleton has been studying the existence of a micro-universe called Quantum Realm, and he's experimenting with it using the Pym Particles. Hank Pym and Janet van Dyne must stop Tarleton to prevent him from becoming the most powerful person to destroy everyone.
