Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American actor and voice artist who currently stars in The Cleveland Show. He is also well known for being the voice of Enclave communications officer and Tartarus in the video games Fallout 2 and Halo 2.
Hank Pym was a former avenger who turned away from the life. He wanted to do something else to try to help others. Not fight and put them jail just to rot.
