The founder of Stark Industries Howard Anthony Walter Stark had created Steve Rogers aka Captain America together with Peggy Carter and supported him in the fight against HYDRA. After Cap's disappearance and the end of the war, Peggy Carter saved his legacy. He founded Stark Pictures and later along with Carter S.H.I.E.L.D. During his time at S.H.I.E.L.D. he developed the Arc Reactor, married and became the father of Tony Stark in 1970. He discovered the new activity of HYDRA and sent with Carter their colleague Henri Pym and then the team of Ant-Man, Wasp, Goliath, Isaiah Bradley, Captain Britain to fight the Winter Soldier and HYDRA.
