A scientist and agent of Shield, Hank's partner and girlfriend who assumes the identity of The Wasp. Janet helped Hank discover the Pym Particles and taught him martial arts for their missions as Ant-Man and The Wasp. She is intelligent, fearless and good-natured and loves Hank, but can be irritated by Hank's obsession with research into the Quantum Realm.
