She's best known for her movie roles as Helena Bertinelli / Huntress in Birds of Prey (2020), Wendy Christiensen in Final Destination 3 (2006), John McClane's daughter Lucy Gennero-McClane in Live Free or Die Hard (2007) and A Good Day to Die Hard (2013), Holly Keely in The Spectacular Now (2013), Mary Todd Lincoln in Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter (2012), and Ramona Flowers in Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010). Her best known TV roles are as Anna Urbanova on the Paramount+ series A Gentleman in Moscow, Laurel Healy on CBS's BrainDead, Mary Phinney on PBS's Mercy Street, and Nikki Swango on the FX series Fargo. In 2010, she married filmmaker Riley Stearns, whom she had met at age eighteen on an ocean cruise. She starred in and produced Stearns's debut feature film, Faults, in 2014. She announced their separation in May 2017 and their divorce was finalized later that year. In May 2017, she began a relationship with actor Ewan McGregor, whom she had met on the set of the third season of the Fargo television series. Hank Pym was a genius scientist until his wife was murdered on a trip to Hungary. Devastated by the loss of his wife, Hank suffered his first mental breakdown. After recovering, he decided to focus his scientific work.This new focus eventually lead him to discover a rare group of particles that could be used to alter someone's size. Thus Pym Particles were discovered. He studied ants and eventually developed a helmet to communicate with them.Hank Pym first met Janet Van Dyne when her father, noted astrophysicist, approached Hank to see if he would collaborate on a project he was working on. Hank turned down the offer and Janet almost left his life. her father was murdered She told Pym of her resolve to bring her father's killer to justice. Pym, who was attracted to Janet and anxious to help, revealed his secret identity as Ant-Man and offered to give her similar powers. Janet underwent an advanced biochemical process involving his Pym Particles that allowed her to shrink to insect-sized proportions and to grow translucent insect wings. Janet Van Dyne became the super-heroine known as the Wasp. her father was involved with a scheme to steal blueprints from the government his partner was Elihas Starr was a government scientist who was caught and jailed after smuggling blueprints out of work, presumably to sell on the black market. The media dubbed him Egghead he escapes jail and betrays janets father killing him hank and janet must defeat him.
