Komodo is the smartest of the Animal Mechanicals, best recognized by his big goggles and the floppy yellow frills on his head. When transformed, the tip of his tail changes into any tool the squad needs for their mission, such as a wrench or screwdriver. As a running gag for whenever he uses his powers, something random would be selected by mistake.
