Mr. Jones is not a very nice man. He hates working on his farm and he hates being nice, especially to the animals on Manor Farm. If you try to reason with this fellow, then you're out of luck; because he accepts himself for who he is too much and therefore refuses to change his ways. Even the animals don't like him. If they want to live in peace, then they will have to stand together. They had also better be on their guard if he ever tries to come back, and he will come back.
