In June of 1989, after receiving a magic pencil from his grandmother, teenager, Andy Walker, creates a family of Dragons by drawing them on a piece of paper. The next morning, Andy wakes up, and notices that one of his drawings was gone, but then Andy meets the family he's created, and becomes friends with them.
