Diego Alejandro Tinoco (born November 25, 1997) is an American actor. He is best known for playing Cesar Diaz in Netflix series On My Block. His father is Mexican from Michoacán and his mother is of Ecuadorian descent from Quito.
A team of heroes has been disillusioned by society, and most of the team is murdered shortly after their disbandment. It's up to the last remaining member as she gathers a team of superpowered outcasts to find whoever's doing it.
