The story follows Tyler, his girlfriend Carrie, and their friends Mary and Ben who are on vacation in Okinawa. As the pair relax, they are threatened by a smelly fish that walks on land with strange crab-like legs. Tadashi apparently manages to kill him, but this would only be the start of a great deal of trouble.
