In the 1950s, two prison fugitives hide in an abandoned house on the suburbs of Peoria. As they settle in the place, they notice strange behaviors with the women in the street. Soon they will discover that they are not typical housewives and that even the ice cream truck on the streets is not what it seems. A sinister conspiracy begins to form as the fugitives get involved with the wrong people.
