Alan Alda (born January 28, 1936) is an American actor, director, screenwriter, and author. A six-time Emmy Award and Golden Globe Award winner, he is best known for his role as Hawkeye Pierce in the TV series MASH. He is currently a visiting professor at the Stony Brook University School of Journalism.
The season takes place in 1993, in New Orleans, and follows a coven of witches descended from Salem as they fight for survival. It also features flashbacks to 1692 during the infamous Salem Witch Trials, the 1830s, 1910s, 1960s, and 1970s
