Fan Casting Thirteenth Doctor in American Doctor Who

First Appearance: Twice Upon a Time. Kristen Bell was cast as the first female incarnation of the Doctor. Her era would be met with much controversy thanks to poor writing decisions from the showrunner, and the introduction of plot points, such as the Timeless Child, which was not thought through enough and was detrimental to the character of the Doctor. Her era also suffered from production issues due to COVID-19. Her regeneration episode featured every living Classic Doctor, and a variety of companion cameos, including her regenerating back into Sam Rockwell at the end. It was unclear if the series would continue after Bell left, but was saved by a returning showrunner.
