April Terri Winchell (born January 4, 1960) is an American actress, voice actress, writer, talk radio host and commentator. She is best known as the official voice of Clarabelle Cow in the Disney franchise since 1996.
The third in the Chipmunks Monster trilogy, The Chipmunks and Chipettes have been invited to Transylvania by the sinister Count Dracula. They find out that he is a vampire who feasts on the blood of the living. The Chipmunks turn to Van Helsing who may have all the answers to defeat a vampire!
