Mark Donald Steger (born January 16, 1962) is an American actor, performance artist, and choreographer. He is known for Stranger Things (2016), Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark (2019) and The Pact (2012).
The story takes place on a Halloween night, a babysitter is hired to babysit 2 children, they then discover a tape in the young boy's candy bag and decide to watch it, it then includes 3 scary Halloween stories and she confronts the demonic clown.
