Before the events of Alien: Isolation, a group of soldiers and scientists had captured the alien egg (ovomorph) from an abandoning old spaceship that has been forgotten and bring it to Area 51 to studying it and they didn't know that egg had begun to hatch and then it will stalking them on the walls, ceiling and vents until all of them were dead by seconds.
