Alice Hauntley is a teenage vampire princess who lives with her parents and two brothers in a vampire-like Transiland. She wants to live in a human town, but her overprotective father prevents her from doing so, as humans and vampires are enemies. She doesn't mind, however, and befriends two human teenagers, Rumi and Odessa, who continue to protect her. However, the local bully, Cyrus, and the snobbish cheerleader, Tiffany, don't realize she's a vampire disguised as a human, and Alice and her friends must keep her vampire form hidden.
