The Fantastic Four episode would take place shortly after the events of those films, where Coulson’s Team would encounter one of the Mole Man’s monsters that got lost. SHIELD wants Coulson to capture it so it can be researched but Human Torch convinces him to help him and Thing (Reed and Sue being on a date off planet) return it home and that it would be dangerous and inhumane for SHIELD to experiment on it. Coulson would eventually agree and his team would help the heroes get the Monster back home without the SHIELD higher-ups finding out.
