In the Cretaceous Period of North America, a Utahraptor cub is left abandoned during a forest fire. She is eventually adapted by another Utahraptor pack. The Raptor grows up in pack life. However, floods force the pack to find a new territory, and after one difficult migration, more threats to the pack loom, such as a violent, cannibalistic pack of Troodon, a lone Albertosaurus and an intense winter.
