The keeper of the truth. A grizzled old comic book writer who spent decades crafting Vought's propaganda and finally broke after the Brooklyn Bridge. His basement monologue to Hughie delivers the film's thesis: "Don't ever question who the good guys are." The Legend's voice carries decades of buried fury.
