April O'Neil is an ally and friend to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. As of "City at War", she is a fully graduated kunoichi after having undergone intensive training with the Turtles' mentor and father figure, Hamato Yoshi, and the Fugitoid. In doing so, she also became an official member of the Hamato Clan.
