The small northwest town of Twin Peaks, Washington is shaken up when teenage Laura Palmer, is discovered dead and wrapped in plastic on a riverbank. FBI Special Agent Dale Cooper decides to come to the town and solve Laura Palmer’s murder and……..wait…..haven’t we done this before?
