A24'S GROW
Be Careful with what you wish for, you may receive it
"In Mansfield Ohio, after a wish turns 16-year-old Allen Rivera (Michael Kayne) into a 30-year-old man, he heads to New York City and gets a low-level job at MacMillen Toy Company. A chance encounter with the owner of the company leads to a promotion testing new toys. Soon a fellow employee, Samantha Lee (Jenna Ortega), takes a romantic interest in Allen. However, the pressure of living as an adult begins to overwhelm him, and he longs to return to his simple, former life as a teenager. But the city won't let him escape. The toys won't stop whispering, and the company won't let him go. Allen's second chance at life is turning into a fatal attraction – and he'll do anything to turn back the clock, even if it kills him."
