Ser Jon Connington left Westeros after the fall of the Targaryen Dynasty for the Stepstones with a baby. The baby was Rhaegar Targaryen’s son, Aegon, long assumed dead after the murder of Elia Martell by Ser Gregor Clegane. Connington has raised Aegon on the pretense that he will one day assume the throne. His chance has come, and an army and supporters with it. Connington’s bid to continue Rhaegar’s legacy has begun.
