Lord Alekyne Florent has been in hiding in Oldtown since the start of the War of Five Kings. After the end, he reassumed control of his ancestral home of Brightwater Keep. After his ally and friend Lord Leyton of House Hightower took up arms against Bronn of Highgarden, he took up arms as well, setting his bannermen against the new Lord of the Reach.
