Charles Edward Baker (born February 27, 1971) is an American actor, writer, and director. He played Skinny Pete on the AMC series Breaking Bad, and had a recurring role on the NBC series The Blacklist.
Nancy and her friends are haunted with dreams of a horribly disfigured man with a glove brandishing knives, and if they die in their dreams, they die for real. Nancy takes it upon herself to take down this monster once and for all.
