Basically a demon, not the devil, but one of his number one guys, he eventually sings the song "When You're Evil" by Voltaire after someone asks him who he is. The fella is cartoonishly cruel and wicked to the point that he's hilarious, and almost acts as comic relief when he isn't terrifying.
